Alex drove a truck for another company for six years before becoming an owner-operator with Hawk Logistics in 2018. After about six months on the road, Denis approached him about becoming a dispatcher. It wasn't an easy decision — he spent another six months thinking it over before finally deciding to step out of the truck.
After seven years behind the wheel, Alex chose to leave that chapter behind and transition into dispatching. At the time, he was already married, and he and his wife were planning to start a family, so it felt like the right move both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it's camping with his family, golfing, fishing, off-roading, or spending a day at the beach, he's always looking for an excuse to get outside.
